We've got Basket Making weekend courses, Spoon Carving workshops, Raku pottery and even Dry Stone Walling in a glorious Lakeland setting. Work with natural materials and relax into a pace and rhythm that allows you to become absorbed in your project and connect with the natural world.
This is our veg patch at the height of summer last year. We cut hazel stems from the hedgerow to make supports for our runner beans, which have a natural 'rustic' feel, quite different from bamboo. These lovely garden supports were made by one of our tutors, Hannah Ehlert, for our Garden Structure workshop using different coloured willow. I love the feint fringe of pale blue she has used to decorate the one on the left. Please get in touch if you would like to know more.
