Whether your a complete beginner or want to improve your skills, this is a fantastic workshop to build your confidence and develop your technique. As well as working with water colour you can also use chalk pastel and learn techniques for combining media in your paintings

Cowshed Creative is based near Staveley between Kendal and Windermere in South Lakes.

You will be based in a beautiful art studio in a converted cowshed with tea and coffee provided throughout the day along with tasty home-made tray bakes. There will be plenty of opportunities to work outside in the breathtaking scenery of the Kentmere valley. Alex, your tutor, is a very expereinced teacher as well as a successful artist, who exhibits her work both nationally and internationally. She is friendly and welcoming and excellent at growing peoples confidence..
